Synopsis

Secuestrada is based on a true story experienced by the writer and actress of this movie. The event happened 18 years ago in a little town north of Caracas, Venezuela, and was adapted to life in the United States. Sofia (Tatiana Smithhart) who was a very popular girl in the town were she lived with her Grandmother (Irma Dorantes), is kidnapped by a serial killer who already had raped, killed and dismembered eight girls before her. Police Chief Commandant Franco (Danny de la Paz) leads the whole town in a desperate search for her.

She was able to miraculously escape being murdered, and the high school principal (Eric Del Castillo) helped Sofia during her long and painful recovery process. Sofia is able to overcome the trauma experience and transform herself into a highly successful woman, sending a message of faith, hope, and love for all humanity.

This is an inspirational story that will touch hearts and change lives! Starring Irma Dorantes, Eric del Castillo Danny de la Paz and the special presentation of Tatiana Smithhart. Screenplay by Tatiana Smithhart, produced and directed by Juan Carlos Hernandez.
